What does it cost?

BidWrite costs are £65 per hour or £500 per day, plus expenses. We always give a firm, fixed price for every project, and if the goalposts remain more or less where they were first placed, our invoice will look the same.

Because of the scale and scope of commercial bids, it’s difficult to provide guideline final costs here, but if your win rate increases beyond most industry standards of 40% and secures many thousands of pounds of new revenue for your business, then we believe that you’ll consider working with us as money well spent.

Depending on the bid value we can also discuss a ‘no win-no fee’ arrangement or similar, with final costs based on a percentage of the project or contract value.
